Quotes and pricing
All quotes are provided after an in-person walk-through at your pool. Prices quoted reflect the pool as it was seen at the time of the walk-through. Material changes to pool condition, equipment, or access may require a revised quote, which will be discussed with you before any additional work.
Weekly service
Weekly pool service is billed as a flat monthly rate that includes routine chemicals. Service is month to month with no contract term and no cancellation fee. Larger corrective treatments, such as clearing a green pool, are quoted separately and approved before work begins.
Access
Service requires reliable access to the pool area on the scheduled day — an unlocked gate or a working gate code. If access is not available, the visit may be rescheduled to the next available day.
Weather and scheduling
Service days may shift for severe weather or unsafe conditions. Where a visit is missed for weather, it is made up as soon as conditions allow.
Repairs
Findings at the equipment pad are documented and reported. Repair work outside routine service is quoted and approved separately, and some repairs are referred to a licensed specialist.
Limitation
Service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Responsibility does not extend to pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or equipment failures not caused by the service performed.
Website content
Information on this site is provided for general guidance about pool care in Central Florida and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your specific pool.
